📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and meeting notes between Indonesian and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate logistics and schedules for international clients, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Assist in the management of international partnerships and client relations.
• Support the team in the preparation and execution of maritime and logistics projects.
• Utilize translation software such as ProZ.com, SDL Trados, and MemoQ to enhance translation efficiency.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Attend and participate in international meetings, representing the company and ensuring effective communication.
• Maintain and update company records and databases related to international operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Mandarin Chinese, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mandarin translation, with a strong portfolio of translated documents.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin, with a minimum TOPIK score of level 5.
• Familiarity with maritime and logistics industry terminology and practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
