• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across global operations
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and industry best practices
• Develop and maintain a robust QMS framework that aligns with company strategic objectives
• Leverage tools like SAP QM, Lean Six Sigma, and other industry-standard software to monitor and enhance quality processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and operational excellence
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide leadership and guidance to QMS teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our QMS initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Over 10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, with a strong background in engineering
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
• Proficient in using SAP QM and other industry-standard QMS software
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of implementing and improving QMS initiatives in a multinational corporation
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to travel internationally for business purposes
