PT Cipta Firdaus is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Assist in the development of training programs for employees,Coordinate with management to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly,Provide administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of business operations and processes,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
