📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize training management software such as SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline training processes.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the training team, ensuring high-quality training delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs using SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
