In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate programs.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to align training programs with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.,Knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
