📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in stock management and ensure product availability.,Support the sales team in achieving daily sales targets.,Assist in promotions and marketing activities.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.,Proficient in using Indonesian (both written and spoken).
