📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.
  • Monitoring patient conditions and responding to any changes promptly.
  • Documenting patient records accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient information.

  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices.
  • Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Active registration as a Nurse with the relevant licensing board.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing quality patient care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
