FORZA Group is looking for a talented and dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is a remote position, but you will be based in Sanur, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote the store's brand.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Assist in the development and implementation of store layouts and product displays.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.,Ability to travel to the store location as needed.
