📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience with e-commerce or online retail is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
