📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Represent the department in meetings and conferences as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving departmental goals.,Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
