Modair Manila Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer (BSME) to join our Construction & Infrastructure Projects team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for various construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure cost feasibility.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and submit cost reports, including change orders and bid documents.,Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in construction estimation.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimation engineers.,Participate in project meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
