Hospitality Enterprise Resources is seeking a dedicated Shift Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality and facility maintenance systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain all hospitality and facility maintenance systems to ensure they are functioning properly.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure the safety of our guests and staff.,Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with our systems.,Work closely with the hospitality and maintenance teams to ensure that all systems are properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.,Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed.,Ensure that all systems are properly documented and that all necessary paperwork is completed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in hospitality and facility maintenance.,Provide excellent customer service to our guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or facility maintenance industry.,Strong knowledge of hospitality and facility maintenance systems and equipment.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
