📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Assist in the organization and execution of store promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor store performance metrics and report any issues to the management.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Prepare and maintain all necessary store documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail, administration, or a similar role is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
