📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons that align with our curriculum and the developmental needs of our students.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our bilingual (Indonesian and Chinese) curriculum, ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the holistic development of our students.
• Document children's progress and communicate it to parents and caregivers.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Experience with play-based learning and hands-on activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young children.
