📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to cargo and logistics services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track service requests.
• Utilize Jira to monitor and update the status of logistics operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cargo and logistics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new customer service processes.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or cargo industry.
• Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
