PT Usaha Nusa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Manado. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on product selection and usage.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Participate in trade shows and promotions to increase brand awareness and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the retail industry in Indonesia is a plus.
