📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Represent the company at trade shows and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
