📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct ESG risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
• Create comprehensive ESG reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor and track ESG performance indicators and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with external consultants and industry experts to stay updated with the latest ESG trends and best practices.
• Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to enhance professional development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of ESG training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ESG analysis, sustainability consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with ESG rating tools and frameworks such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment tools and techniques.
• Understanding of corporate governance principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
