As a Human Resource - Talent Management Specialist, you will spend your days analyzing data, designing training programs, and collaborating with managers to identify and develop top talent. You will use tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365 to streamline your processes and ensure you are always up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. This role is perfect for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, who is eager to make a real difference in their organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with managers to create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
