Root Central Jaya is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with both existing and potential customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client relationships.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous positions.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
