📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Manage and maintain inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve any issues related to inbound shipments.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of inbound processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of all inbound activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth handover of goods to the respective teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian warehouse operations and regulations.
• Certification in warehouse management or logistics would be an advantage.
