In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer recommendations.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Track and manage vehicle insurance, registration, and other related documents.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet manager in achieving operational goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
