ORBIT Nusantara is looking for a Lead General Affairs to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general affairs management and a proven track record of delivering results. This role is based in Maros and offers a competitive salary package of Rp 18.000.000 – Rp 20.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative, financial, and HR functions.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and effective office operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and functional.,Manage office security and safety measures to ensure a secure and safe working environment.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related services.,Assist in the development and implementation of office improvement initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in general affairs management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of office management practices and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using office management software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations is a plus.
