PUBLIC CRANE HEAVY EQUIPMENT Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.,Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, including bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including aged payables and receivables, cash flow statements, and profit and loss statements.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.,Manage the accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.,Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, including bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and payable, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus.
