📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
