FMCG Collections Specialist - Bali Region

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from our clients. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for negotiating payment terms, resolving payment disputes, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and collect outstanding payments from clients in the FMCG distribution sector.
• Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Negotiate payment terms and conditions with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Resolve payment disputes and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth cash flow for distribution operations.
• Monitor and track payment performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide regular reports and updates on payment performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field, preferably in the FMCG distribution sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting software is a plus.
