  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers and staff to achieve company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and profitability.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects Domino's values.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, quality control, and customer service.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
