📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies.
• Use tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Manage and grow our social media following by creating and curating engaging content.
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the brand’s voice and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Proven experience in creating and scheduling social media content using platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
