• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize our online store using Shopify, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce efforts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Provide training and support to staff on e-commerce platforms and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
