FinServ Compliance Manager

This critical role ensures our financial services operations adhere to Indonesian regulations, including OJK, BI, and local financial services authorities.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance programs, conduct risk assessments, and monitor regulatory changes. You'll also lead audits, investigate compliance issues, and provide guidance to ensure our financial services remain compliant and risk-free.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs for Gojek's financial services operations
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to compliance policies
• Lead audits and investigations to identify and address compliance issues
• Provide guidance and training to cross-functional teams on compliance matters
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to regulations
• Ensure compliance with OJK, BI, and other relevant financial services authorities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial services compliance, preferably in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of Indonesian financial services regulations, including OJK, BI, and local authorities
• Knowledge of financial services products and services, such as payments, lending, and insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Certification in financial services compliance, such as CPA or CFE, is a plus
