Daily, you'll be involved in a mix of tasks, from assisting with recruitment drives to organizing training sessions and supporting managers with performance reviews. You'll use tools like BambooHR for HR management and Google Workspace for communication. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in HR, looking to take the next step in their career.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to employees to support their professional growth.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances in a fair and efficient manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration using SAP Payroll.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles in a corporate or organizational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR and SAP Payroll.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a strong asset.
