In this position, you will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Internet connectivity. You will also ensure the security and performance of our network, implementing best practices and protocols to protect our data and systems from potential threats. Additionally, you will work closely with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems into our existing infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Internet connectivity.
Ensure the security and performance of the network by implementing best practices and protocols.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the IT team to integrate new technologies and systems into the existing infrastructure.
Provide technical support to end-users and departments as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve network performance and security.
Perform regular network audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration and support.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
