📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP operations management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
