📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menus.
  • Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid food handling certificate.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
